Arthur Joseph Lipton is a seasoned real estate expert and developer with more than 47 years of hands-on experience across residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects. His career spans land acquisition, construction oversight, leasing, financing, refinancing, asset stabilization, and long-term strategic planning.
He has navigated multiple economic cycles — from the Savings & Loan crisis to the 2008 global financial downturn — leading projects that required disciplined execution and long-term vision. His experience includes Manhattan high-rise development, suburban land subdivisions, and international commercial marketing initiatives.
A highlight of his career was serving as a partner in the development and global marketing of the 740,000-square-foot International Gem Tower in Midtown Manhattan, where he presented internationally to industry leaders across Europe, Asia, the Middle East, and the United States.
